Sign in to your existing account and navigate to the 'Account Settings' page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Close Account.' When prompted, confirm this action. You will be signed out and returned to the Registration Page. From here, you can sign up for a new account using your new email address - be sure to add any family members that you wish to include under your account.
